Each painting brought its own unique healing when I needed it most, and I was amazed by how deeply others connected with them. This inspired me to make the Spirit Cards, which feel like messages from Spirit, not just from me. As I experienced the artwork’s power, I realized we’re all connected. ABOUT THE ART
As a child, drawing and painting were my escape to a place where anything was possible. Over my artistic career, I’ve explored various styles—from classical figure and landscape painting to more expressionistic approaches—wanting to incorporate elements from each. I start with a feeling rather than a specific idea and let the process unfold, trusting my instincts. The images only come to life once I begin creating. Like my childhood self, I let imagination and inspiration guide me, and that’s when the magic happens. I’ve learned to trust this creative, playful spirit. ~ JM

John Moseley
A lifelong artist, John Moseley’s earliest memories are of drawing and painting both the world he saw around him and scenes from his imagination, and he always knew that being an artist is what he’d be doing with his life. Largely self-taught, John’s talent and natural gift as an artist were recognized at an early age and nurtured through a lifetime of practice and study. His interests and influences range from ancient to modern day, and from Eastern and Western cultures. Along his journey, John’s personal and career paths have merged into the healing art represented in this Oracle deck. His art can be found in collections, sanctuaries, and healing centers located around the world, including Africa, Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Europe, Japan, New Zealand, South America, Taiwan, and the United States.
